Ricotta Tart, Caramelised Fig, Ice Cream at District Dining in Surry Hills, NSW

This was really good. The tart was creamy and a great dense base. loved the caramelisation on the fig. added a great smokey flavour, and the ice cream had bits of fig and caramel through it, complimented everything perfectly. A very lovely dessert.
