The Skyscraper at Blossom Du Jour in New York, NY

Vegan burger, soy bacon, v-cheese, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, pickles, special sauce. I enjoyed this burger but think I would skip the soy bacon next time. Also the bun is pretty crispy. I couldn't even cut through the bottom bun...not sure why that is but it was still tasty and definitely satisfies the vegan junk food cravings.
