Thick, double-fried strips of potato, and served with your choice of among dozens of dips. I had the honey mustard mayo (my favorite dip ever) and G had the wasabi mayo (which was really good and really goes up your nose like real wasabi does).

Pricey for fries, but they really are delicious. The way they are double fried adds such a great texture to them. Had Mango Chutney Sauce, War Sauce (Peanut Satay Sauce, Mayo, Onions), and Peppercorn Parmesan Sauce. The Peppercorn Parmesan was the clear winner, the peppercorn flavor came through really strongly.
