This is homecooked, but worth sharing here because I bought these incredible sausages at The Meat Hook. All of the sausage varieties looked so good, I had trouble deciding which to get, but I chose one called a Toluca Sausage and another called a Long Dong Bud Sausage. Both had a good amount of spiciness. The Toluca was nice and gamey, whereas the Long Dong Bud had an awesomely oozy, crispy pepper jack cheese inside. I served them with baked cauliflower.
