With a bit of soy on top! really a tremendous chips-and-dip-esque experience. The lotus chips aren't shatteringly crunchy, they have a bit of give. the wasabi isn't too overpowering. I think the texture is the most dangerous element of this dish---it could easily veer to the mushy or firm extremes---but they mange to display the distinct silkiness of each ingredient together and in contrast.
