Chef K.J. Sorry I pressed the wrong button before finish typing. This ramen named after Route 8 the street where their first shop was on, in small city, Japan. Hachi means 8. Hence the 8.
Madam Charcuterie Thank you for the explanation! After I saw the 8 in several photos, I knew there had to be a story behind it.

Spotted April 11, 2011Ramen ชามนี้ออกแนวจางๆรสไม่จัด กลิ่นและรสชาติออกไปทางจีนๆ ไข่ที่เห็นในชาม รสสัมผัสเหมือนไข่เค็มแต่รสชาติไม่เค็มเลย เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ต้องควบคุมการรับประทานเกลือแต่ชอบทานไข่เค็ม (อย่างผม) ^^-

Spotted December 19, 2010ชิโอะราเมง เป็นราเมงน้ำใส หน้าหมู 3 ชั้น น้ำซุปหอมกระเทียมทอดและงา (แต่ต้องลืมใส่ไข่มะตูมให้ผมแน่ๆ เพราะรูปและคำอธิบายในเมนูมีแต่ในชามผมไม่มี เพิ่งมารู้ก็ตอนมา Post นี่หละ) อิซูชิ ราเมง เป็นร้าน ราเมง สูตรญี่ปุ่น ฝีมือคนไทย น้ำซุปธรรมชาติดี แต่เส้นผมว่าธรรมดาไปนิด ^^-
