Spotted February 05, 2012ร้านเป็นรถกะบะมีติดป้าย "ทอดมันปลากราย" ให้เป็นที่สังเกตุได้ทั่วคันรถ ท้ายกระบะเปิด คนขายนั่งทอดทอดมันอยู่ข้างใน .. จอดประจำอยู่เยื้องๆหน้า 7-Eleven (ตาม Map ไปได้เลยครับ ตรงเป๊ะ ถ้าไม่ย้ายหนี) ลูกค้าต้องบริการตัวเอง หยิบถุง หยิบทอดมันเอง 8 ชิ้น 25 บาท ถ้าซื้อ 2 ถุง ถุงที่ 2 จะได้ 9 ชิ้น หยิบแตงกวาและหยิบถุงน้ำจิ้มเอง คนขายอารมณ์ดีเป็นพ่อค้าหรือแม่ค้าไม่แน่ใจดูไม่ออก นั่งทอดไปบอกวิธีซื้อวิธีหยิบของไป ตัวทอดมันอร่อยดีครับ มีกลิ่นและรสชาติของปลากรายอยู่เยอะกว่าทอดมันริมถนนทั่วๆไป น้ำจิ้มออกเค็มๆเปรี้ยวๆกว่าเจ้าอื่น เพราะเป็นสูตรบ๋วย อร่อยครับ-

Pongchai Ootoya แต่ละสาขารสชาติใกล้เคียงกัน ยกเว้นที่ Ootoya Kitchen (แบบเดินเข้าไปซื้อแล้วเอาออกมาหาโต๊ะทานเอง) ทาน 2 ทีละ ไม่ค่อย happy เท่าไร ราคาก็พอๆกับที่ Ootoya ธรรมดา แต่รสชาติห่างไกลมาก...งั้นพูดถึงแต่ที่เป็น Ootoya Restuarant แล้วกันครับ...ผมชอบหลายอย่างครับ อร่อยเกือบหมด แต่ที่แบบว่าถึงกับอึ้งก็ Salad ไก่กรอบ ครับ ง่ายๆแต่อร่อยเป็นบ้าเป็นหลัง ถ้าไม่เป็นเก๊าท์ทานไก่ได้ปรกติ จะทานเมนูนี้ทุกวันเลย : ) กับ Potato Salad ด้วย อร่อยเกิ๊นนน ^^
DooDao ขอบคุณค่ะคุณพี่.. นี่ถ้าไม่ถามดาวก็ไม่สั่งนะ เพราะเมนูไก่ไม่ค่อยอยากสั่ง ทำร้านข้าวมันไก่ กินไก่จนเบื่อ ในเมื่อคุณพี่รับรองมาเยี่ยงนี้ ไม่ลองก็ไม่ได้ซะแล้ว ^^
