Spotted May 13, 2012คำแรกที่ทานเต้าหู้ทอดจานนี้..ผมเข้าใจความรู้สึกของจรเข้ที่งับเอาฟักต้มที่คนโยนให้มันทันที ด้วยน้ำตาที่ไหลพรากและลิ้นที่ด้านชาไปพักใหญ่จากความร้อนสุดๆ ตอนยกมาเสริฟ์มันดูดีมาก..มากจนไม่ได้คิดระวังว่าเต้าหูที่กรอบนอกจะอมความร้อนไว้พร้อมความนุ่มข้างใน แต่ละชิ้นก็ขนาดพอดีคำอย่างเหมาะเจอะ เอาตะเกียบคีบแล้วใส่ปากทันที โต๊ะข้างๆเห็นคงเข้าใจว่ามันอร่อยจนผมนั่งน้ำตาไหล ... มันอร่อยจริงๆครับ แต่ไม่ใช่ตอนเสร็จใหม่ๆ ที่เกริ่นมาทั้งหมดนี้ผมแค่อยากจะเตือน (เพราะที่ร้านเขาไม่เตือน) เพื่อนๆว่า ทานเต้าหู้ทอดครั้งใด อย่าประมาทครับ เชื่อผม!! -
