Spotted February 11, 2012ผัดพักที่ให้มาด้วย อร่อยเกินหน้าเกินตาเนื้อที่เป็นตัวหลักของจานอีก "ไม่ใช่ว่าเนื้อไม่อร่อยนะ อร่อย! แต่ผัดผักอร่อยกว่า" .. ไม่รู้ว่าเนื้อกับผักไปวัดความอร่อยกันได้อย่างไรแต่ภรรยาผมเธอว่าอย่างนั้นครับ ^^ -

Spotted February 03, 2012"ข้าวหน้าเนื้อ" ผมไม่อยากเชื่อเลยว่านี่คืออาหารที่ออกมาจากครัวเดียวกันกับ Katsudon ที่ผมชอบที่สุด แต่ข้าวหน้าเนื้อจานนี้ผมรับไม่ได้อย่างแรง เนื้อหนาและเหนียว แทนที่จะเป็นเนื้อ slice บาง แถมบางชิ้นยังหั่นตามเส้นของเนื้อมาเสียอีก ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะเจออาหารจานที่ดีที่สุดและแย่ที่สุดในร้านเดียวกันได้ ระหว่างอาหารจานหมูทอดกับจานเนื้อความปราณีตมันผิดกันหน้ามือเป็นหลังมือ นอกจากเรื่องอาหารจานนี้แล้ว เรื่องเวลาที่ต้องรอนานก็เป็นอีกเรื่องหนึ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง.. ด้วยความหวังดีจากลูกค้าที่อยากจะเป็นลูกค้าประจำครับ-

Pongchai @DooDao OK เลยครับ..คือถ้าไม่เคยทานก็จะรู้สึกตื่นเต้นดี พอบริกรยกมาเสริฟ จะมีเวลาให้ถ่ายรูปไม่ควรเกิน 10 วินาที เพราะกระทะร้อนมาก (กระเด็นนิดๆด้วย) ถ้ามัวแต่ใจเย็นจะทำให้ข้าวและเนื้อไหม้ ควรรีบคนทันทีให้เข้ากันแล้วตั้งหน้าตั้งตาทานสะ เพราะพอไหม้จะกลายเป็นข้าวตังติดกระทะไม่อร่อยเท่าที่ควร มี Sauce ให้ราด 2 แบบ แบบเค็มและแบบหวาน อร่อยหรือไม่? ผมว่าลองสักกระทะก็ไม่น่าจะเสียหาย แต่ภรรยาผมตอนทานหันมาถามผมด้วยน้ำเสียงเพี้ยนสูงนิดๆว่า "ทำไมมันต้องร้อนขนาดนี้ด้วยอะ"
