Spotted February 24, 2011Red chile-marinated Gunthorp pork loin in velvety black bean sauce flavored with smoky salsa negra. Braised kale, ham hocks, grilled onions, red-chile rice. I'd give the dish 3 out of 5 stars. It was refined, but lacked the punch you'd expect from a mexican pork dish. -
