Zeke Franco / Sandwich

With apples and pesto mayo.

Menu name: Perfect 10 BLT Description: Olive oil & sea salt ciabatta, 9 slices of thick cut smoked bacon, Zoe's cardamom cured pancetta, roma tomatoes, mixed greens, truffle aioli. Excellant BLT-inspired sandwich. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the ciabatta was amazing and the truffle aioli was literally awesome sauce. My only critique is that I really didn't get any flavor from the cardamom pancetta. Until looking at the menu again to write this review I forgot that it even had pancetta in it. Maybe they need to up the amount they have in the sandwich since I don't remember tasting it. Don't let that stop you from trying it though. This sandwich takes the BLT to a new level. Yum!

Very good. Ham slices with brie cheese, granny smith slices and Dijon mustard served on soft pretzel bread.

With pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.

Fried egg sandwich, pork belly, mornay sauce, served with breakfast potatoes. Served on their brunch menu. Simply delicious. Best breakfast potatoes I've ever had.
