Can't find this on the online menu but I think the English name might be "Iron Chef’s duck roasted with Chinese ‘Hoi Sin’ marinate". This looked like an ordinary roast duck except it is roasted in house and the skin is not sunken or wrinkly like at Chinese BBQ shops, the skin was crispy and plump and it was very meaty and moist and delicious. Served with a hoi sin blend sauce. Best roast duck I've had in a while. Really good quality.
