Akamaru Modern Ramen

This was everything it was talked up to be! The broth is SO thick and rich, it's almost like gravy. The pork stomach (an add on) was amazing. And getting the noodles on the side is the right move -- the ones in the soup softened up too quickly for me. This was second best to the Tsukemen Ramen I had in Tokyo.

Alexa Andrzejewski Hmm -- I haven't tried enough places to make such a list yet, but you should start an open guide and we'll invite people to suggest things!
