      Made from the ground tubers of an orchid, with cinnamon and pistachio. Not too sweet, just delicious. And if you leave it to go cold, it turns into a sort of gloopy mousse.

          PS. The Very Hungry Katerpilla (http://www.foodspotting.com/theveryhungrykaterpilla) is the best at using useful words like "gloopy" and always has excellent descriptions of the food here (and everywhere else).

          This is one of our traditional winter hot beverage. In Turkey, we love to drink it especially while it snows.
