Monte Cristo Dog @ Iron Barley Eating Estblshmnt

The Monte Cristo Dog: two hot dogs, split and grilled. The bun is topped with strawberry jelly and the hot dogs have swiss cheese melted atop. A really good combination of savory and sweet. I liked it so much, that I've created my own version at home!
