Philly Burger at Flip Burger Boutique in Atlanta, GA

In Atlanta for a couple days, so I knew I had to make it out to Top Chef All Star winner Richard Blais's burger place. The burger itself is a mix of hanger steak, brisket, and short rib. It's topped with shaved top sirloin, carmelized onions, green bell peppers, and ketchup house-made cheese wiz. Messy, but SO worth it. Sadly though, the lighting was terrible so this picture doesn't do the burger justice.
