These became my defining moment of the afternoon (us girls were ooooh-ing and aaaaah-ing with the soups they have. My personal favorite is the Adobo Shiitake Cappuccino soup because the white truffle garlic cream foam is just perfect. The callos chowder comes a close second because, growing up eating the dish, I couldn't resist the call of tomato and garbanzo chorizo soup. However, the ultimate sinigang is not for me. Maybe I'm not used to my sinigang being so thick because I like it simple, with the taste of sour sampalok.
