Grilled over some wood that gave it a Kiawe/Mesquite flavor, this was a delicious departure from the standard boiled to hell seafood platters. The squid was amazing, it didn't have the texture of "squid" it wasn't calamari like and it wasn't chinese food cooked to heck and curled either. We also had some of the sockeye salmon that makes you thank the fish for being so delicious. The prawns, were very good just that everything else tasted so good, it was like "prawns? what prawns?." The sausage was of very high quality, but seemed out of place I would have traded it for more crab or prawns. From the menu: "IVAR’S HOLIDAY SEASON SEAFOOD PLATTER Perfect to share for two!
