      The first time I saw ochazuke was here, a pic that Randy posted. My first ochazuke at home and it turned great, I will be making more soon. Salmon, bonito flakes, nori seaweed and wasabi.

          @Joan, MORE!!?? How!? The only Spanish thing was the water from he tap! LOL // @J.Roncelli, you should try it, its so simple and yummy! Next time I'll use tuna sashimi, salmon roe, nori seaweed and wasabi, I can't wait!
