          @ Amy - I dare you! ;) @ Tom - Thanks so much! @ Elizabeth - This novelty menu item was probably modified from the okonomiyaki... since they use the same concept of a pancake/omelet with various toppings! I love the tenderness of the salmon with the crispiness of the rice cake.
