I make this on my own, never quite as good as at Fat Cat...

I asked Steph of CTbites to see if Fat Cat would share the recipe. My attempt at home just didn't have the same magic!

I like the combination of ingredients but this kale dish ( I cook a lot of kale) fell flat for me. Too much Parmesan powder making the dish over salted and dry; shaving work be better. Would be better if larger pieces of Kale were massaged...not chopped up like saw dust.
