Cold Buckwheat Noodles at Xi'an Famous Foods in New York, NY

A large portion of cold buckwheat noodles with cilantro, slices cucumber, chili oil, Xi'an's house sauce, and mustard oil. It was absolutely incendiary today, but that didn't stop me from eating every last bite. Mustard oil is such an amazingly addictive flavor.
