Not forgetting a must try, Schweinshax’n: Bavarian pickled, roasted pork knuckle on a bed of sauerkraut, served with house made potato dumplings and natural pork jus. I did not expect the dish to be so HUGE, remembered having my first pork knuckle in Singapore where it was much much smaller! It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. However, the potato dumplings were rather disappointing. Tasteless and overdone. Having too much of it just did not execute the dish nicely. The jus was fragrant and managed to soften the boring dumplings a tiny notch.
