Piro Aloo at Himalayan Fusion Cafe in Auburn, NSW

"Hot and spicy potato chips prepared with Himalayan herbs and spices." This came out looking like soggy crinkle cut hot chips that had drowned in some sort of sauce. Essentially it was, but I think it was meant to be like that. The sauce had a kick and was herby and spicy as advertised, and the crinkles made it fancy schmancy. This was declared a winner of a starter.
