Cha Gio at Bun Bo Hue Lan Anh in Vancouver, BC

The cha gio (imperial roll), came nicely plated with the middle two slices positioned vertically - a nice touch. They were fried perfectly without being greasy at all. The filling was more substantial and a bit softer than at many other places. The flavouring was good, and the dipping sauce had a bit more spice kick than at some other competitors. A nice rendition.
