      A bit crispy and perfectly made pancakes! I dipped these into the curry to soak in all the goodness of spices used. Yummmm!!!

          @MCK It's almost similar to a Roti but these are thinner and a bit crispy. Is it popular in street vendors there? Sometimes the Thai top it with condensed milk or sweet foods. Roti is an Indian recipe. The Indians savour it with hot or spicy side dishes only. It is their staple food. The word Itself is Indian and not Thai in origin. :-)

          Although it's different from Indian roti, in Thailand we still call it roti anyways.
