Soooo BAD! Do not get unless you like your cookies crispy / burnt. Ok maybe these weren't burnt, but they certainly were overcooked. Waitress said 10min wait for fresh baked cookies. It would have been better at a 7min wait. Common cookie senae is that cookies continue to cook while they cool, so when the cookie is already at a crisp when piping hot... Not a good omen if the consumption is to take place 5min later. Heirloom, I would have expected better..
