Fresh & tasty Maine lobster. Lobster Salad in a small hot dog roll or bun best describes it because it is mixed w/mayo, celery, and scallions among other ingredients, although there are lots of small lobster chunks. However, I have been spoiled by Luke's Lobster rolls whose lobster is sweeter, they use large chunks of claw meat, the seasoning is lighter, yet complementary, & there is more lobster & a larger roll, not to mention it is a dollar cheaper! Don't let me discourage you. The Red Hook Lobster Roll is good & everyone's taste is different.
