      Minorcan restaurant with an Andalusian flare. This is a tomato based salad with onions, tuna and dressed with Minorcan EVOO. So simple yet so amazing! This is a small portion I served myself for the photo. The portions are much bigger!

          I think I've tasted this salad before in Spain but made with sardines, tomatoes and bell peppers? Is that possible?? Looks great anyway!!

          @June, yes thats the original version from andalusia. The restaurant has its roots from there and to commemorate they name some of there dishes the same, but with their own uniqueness. I little confusing i suppose.
