Garlic Salt And Chilli Fried Chicken Ribs at Walrus Chinese Restaurant in Springvale, VIC

When my friend introduced me to this dish at this restaurant years ago i knew i would never enjoy it from another restaurant. This dish is certainly not this Viet/chinese restaurants signature dish, but by gollygeewhiz, this is my fav dish here... I could eat three plates of this. Crunchy skin, salty spicy awesome sweet fresh chicken juices flood your taste buds. Goes so well with plain fluffy rice...
