Annual Monaco F1 Dinner at Tom's Kitchen in Shanghai

Every year a few friends get together for Monaco F1 at a local sport bar. This year I cooked dinner at my place. This was one of 3 dishes (I've posted the Pan-Seared Ribeye & Salmon already so won't repeat). This is lemon pepper & Cajun rub roasted free range chicken - accompanied with organic salad cherry tomato vinaigrette + mini baguette with Beurre D'Isigny // Wine: Stag's Leap Artemis 2008 Cabernet // It was a great race this year with the first 5 cars finished within 1.4 seconds of each other - Woah :-))
