Officially the most decadent brunch ever! Seared Fresh Foie Gras, on thin french toast with lardons, pears flambe in Brandy and a fig compote. Served with an egg en cocotte and a port maple sauce. The egg is in the little white pot, served with the yolk still runny. Basically, it ends up acting as a yolk dip - soooo Roman LOL
