      I've had this several times already, I can't get enough of it!!! Gratin Parmesan cheese topping with a sea urchin béchamel filling. It's so fullfilling! You'll be scraping the shells for every last drop!

          Basically it's a bechamel sauce with uni, they put the mix back into its shell, top it off and gratin it.

          that is the greatest thing Ive seen on FS for a long time!!!! Brilliant! I LOVE Sea Urchin. Usually just eat it raw, but this takes it to another level. BRAVO!
