          @Joan @revilo Well not exactly what I expected. Had three cups of this at different times today. The first cup I got more maple & smoke but no bacon flavor. 2nd cup more smoke but not much maple & bacon. 3rd cup mainly smoke. All three were from the same pot and 2 & 3 were reheats later in the day from the original pot. We going to tweak the beans to water ratio tomorrow to see if things are different. More to come..... ☕

          UPDATE: Well i found one issue... the nut (me) in front of the coffee maker forgot to change the filter that had the old coffee grounds. I have a Cuisinart coffee maker with a grinder. So i just the the beans and "away we go".. Did not realize until this morning that the filter was rather full. More or less had a blend of the day old b-cake & fresh maple bacon grounds. Funny part is that it was not too bad..;-)

          Today's brew was finally correct. Little more smoke with mild hints of maple...still not much bacon though. Still working it...
