Strawberry Roll at Sushi Zushi of the Domain in Austin, Texas

The strawberries made this a sweet roll, a very different taste than what I expect from sushi. Very refreshing, and the strawberries and kiwi-lime sauce make this seem "lighter" than other rolls. Reminded me of strawberry salad, sweet enough to not crave a dessert after the meal. #sushi #tuna #avocado #strawberry #masago #uramaki
