      This was delicious! Grilled to order Sausage & House-Made Sauerkraut. Sausage had a nice snap; you can choose from a variety in the refrigerator.

          @Peter: Yes, I did notice the bread-like taste, however, I'm not sure I would've known what it was had you not mentioned it. I thought the Sauerkraut was good, but the flavor wasn't as pickled as I usually like it.
