      Summer and the south adds up to sardines season!! Don't care if they are grilled or pickled like at the gamboa. Nice firm texture, strong brine taste, but balanced out with the minced garlic and EVOO!!! whats left in that dish is soaked up in bread and down the hatch!!! Love them sardines!!! JoanB, would you like to join us??!!

          The sour small fish you get as tapas is anchovy, right? Love thise too. I am confused as the photo looks more like anchovy thancsardines to me.
