Grilled Chicken over Rice at Pho America in Long Beach, CA

The day after the first time at Pho America, my girlfriend went back because she loved the food so much. She brought me home this chicken dish, commonly prepared on the skewer with a side of cold veggies and fish sauce at Vietnamese restaurants. Just like the pork dish I tried the day before (http://www.foodspotting.com/reviews/235959), the chicken had a unique tasty edge over the others I've tried. Love this place!
