Few dishes are as exciting as those that come wrapped in a small package. Everybody like the anticipation of unwrapping a parcel. The glutinous rice in lotus leaf at Phoenix Palace is no exception, and once opened you are rewarded with the most succulent and savoury sticky rice, loaded with chewy Chinese sausage and small prawns. So good I wish I could just go straight there now from my office and have three of these for breakfast...
