Love the spinach pie at Everest: a) Crispy crust, b) Fresh tasting spinach, but not overpowering flavour, c) Just the right ratio between crust & spinach for me (ie more crust than spinach). Prefer it with feta in, for added tanginess. I could only find plain spinach unfortunately (because of lent)
