Pan Borracho at Max's Wine Dive in Austin, TX

Holy Gawd.... The Pan Borracho or “drunk bread” is a sourdough baguette, prosciutto, and fresh thyme soaked in a savory white wine custard and baked with Gruyere, mozzarella, provolone and Grana Padano cheeses. So rich and delicious... like all cheese lasagne!! Highly recommend!!!
