Extraordinary cuts (depends on your choosing) of an amazing czech aged meat, one was cooked medium well instead of medium rare though... Don't miss Perigord sauce made from demi-glas, duck liver and black truffles, it's an orgasmic taste! (it's not the one on the picture, that's an Ambiente sauce with juniper butter) 8/10
