      This eatery is always crowded. The char siew and roasted duck certainly lived up to expectations. The meat is always tender, and the plum sauce goes brilliantly with it.

          @ global chef david marteau, I don't want to disappoint you with my sighting as I am not a professional chef or food critic. I can count on my body to tell me if the cook or the chef has prepared their food seriously with passion and love or they are just coping with a mundane job in the kitchen. However, I always choose to eat happily as that helps me to cope with food that is done without passion.
