      Sunday Shocking Snack! Three tacos, featuring (clockwise from right) cabeza, sesos, and lengua.....otherwise known as head meat, brains, and cow tongue. The cabeza was amazingly good, but I don't think I'll order brains again.

          I didn't really like the texture....a bit too soft and mushy for me. It's also high in cholesterol and a bit fatty too. Really loved the cabeza though!
