Nick's Baja-Style Fish Tacos at The Taco Shop at Underdog's in San Francisco, CA

Taco Bell destroyed my perception of "crispy tacos" but today, it's been completely restored. A fresh soft corn tortilla wrapped around a slightly crispy fried one, filled with golden fried fish and slaw = a taco like I've never had before!
