Pulled Pork Sandwich at Frita Batidos in Ann Arbor, MI

Although not a signature Frita, it's consistently one of the best items on the menu. It's sweet, smoky and unctuous with a coleslaw crunch. It's also unapologetically messy which adds a palpable carnality to the act of devouring it. It's a 4 napkin ( min) project.
