Wonderful to see tripe served at a non-Asian restaurant. Soft, tender and served with season to your taste: lemon, chili oil and Maldon sea salt.
Fresh squeezed but with added ice and sugar. Refreshing.
Freshly fried and perfect for dipping in the pork bone broth.
Warm and partially cooked.
Large and meaty.
Dry. Pork Bone broth on the side. Great ingredients and lots of garlic, but they need to put more of the special sauce.
