Spotted October 09, 2011Ankimo is probably novel to those who expect French cuisine here, but it was very familiar to my palate and thus not as exciting. Especially such a tiny slice. Complimentary.-

Spotted April 04, 2011Hankook has a special on ankimo, or monkfish liver. They sell a large whole piece that slices into approximately 20 slices (half seen here). Add some ponzu and you have a popular Japanese appetizer dish.-
