Spotted February 09, 2010This very interesting dish was called "Sup Gearbox" and essentially was a Malaysian bone marrow soup. The broth was made from beef from the bone marrow mixed with spices and tomato. It included a boba tea like straw in the bone marrow to suck the marrow out. -

Spotted December 12, 2009Roasted Bone Marrow / Sauce Bordelaise....we came here to try this pub dish, looking to recreate a version we had in Toronto at Bite Me! Our waitress provided it to us complimentary and it was small but delicious!
