chris connolly I've always wondered what a Pho Wagon was. A wagon full of Pho sounds kind of scary. Looks good though.
Randy F. Chris, I'm told the name comes from the family's establishment back in Vietnam. It was the precursor to what we now call food trucks. :)

Spotted August 11, 2011A true gem in Los Gatos (University Ave/Lark Avenue): a simple, but delicious, preparation of beef pho with bean sprouts, basil, and green chili pepper slices. The only soup noodles within 15 miles and in a sandwich shop no less!-
